My name is Jeremy Langlois.

And I used to be overweight with a tendency to jump between fad diet after fad diet, because I just didn't understand how health and fitness worked. 

It took me years of starving myself, losing weight, and putting it back on, before I understood that it's all about living a lifestyle of health and fitness. It's about enjoying the process, not being obsessed by the outcome. Once my perspective shifted, losing weight and living a fit and healthy life became simple and enjoyable.

You also don't have the time or predictability in life to prepare food for each day to suit a strict meal plan, which is why we won't give you one. Instead, we'll get you to complete a food diary so that we're aware of your nutritional habits, and from there we will give you advice on anything to modify to help you get to your goals. 

This means we'll coach you into tweaking and changing a few things, rather than getting you to start from scratch, making it much simpler to implement successful nutrition into your life.

You know that fear you have of potentially holding up a session because you're a beginner to a fitness routine? Well, that doesn't happen here. 

Our sessions are structured in a way where everyone is able to complete them at their own pace, for their own level of fitness. This makes it a non-judgmental environment where people from all walks of life are completing the same workout to the best of their individual abilities.

If you have any limitations or injuries, we will modify exercises as needed so that you can continue your workout. We will always be striving to coach you on what you need to be doing and working on next, to continue to get the results that you deserve.

Who is the Body Velocity service for?
Any fitness level can participate in this program. Our coaches will modify YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have old injuries. Some members have the last stubborn 5kg to get rid of, and some have 30kg they want to lose. It's for any fitness level, and that works because our sessions are designed for everyone to complete at their own pace for their own level of fitness.
What will be required of me?
During the challenge you'll be required to come to a minimum of 4 sessions per week while tracking your nutrition through our food diary.
What kind of access does this program give me?

I don't have a lot of weight to lose, can I still take part?
Yes, you certainly can, you don’t need to have a lot to lose to participate in this challenge. Some only have their last 2 or 3 kilos to lose and just want the extra accountability and family environment at Body Velocity.
What are the workouts like?
We focus on movement quality, strength and lots of activity with little rest. But don't worry, our sessions are set up for everyone to complete at their own pace for their own levels of fitness, and if you have any injury limitations, we will modify the workout to suit you.
